Cancellation by Janapriya : The purchaser shall pay the Personal Contribution Amount (1st instalment), towards land cost and development charges, within 20 days from the Date of Booking and sign the Agreement of Sale. If the payment of instalment is delayed, a reasonable time of upto one month will be allowed for the payment of dues by charging an interest of 2% per month on the default amount. If the dues are not cleared even during the grace period of one month, Janapriya is entitled to cancel the booking and sell the said flat to any other purchaser without prior notice and a cancellation charge of 10% of flat cost will be levied on the purchaser. Booking Amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
Cancellation by Purchaser : If the purchaser wishes to cancel the booking of his/her own accord before signing the Agreement of Sale, then Janapriya will cancel the booking after deducting 10% of flat cost. Booking Amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
Note : All other terms and conditions are as per the Agreement of Sale, which would be established only after the payment of Personal Contribution amount as mentioned under Booking Remarks & Terms. The above mentioned Cancellation Clause is valid for cancellations made before signing the Agreement of Sale. The payment schedule will be as per the terms mentioned in the Agreement of Sale.
